Alongside my 100 Artworks for 100 days at £100 each blog, I am starting a main blog on my website. Hopefully it will be an opportunity to share ideas, painting techniques, exhibtion news etc and take over from the 100 project when it finishes on 21st November
I think I will keep the concept of £100 paintings going as I have really enjoyed the challenge and it provides a great price point for special presents for friends, real art for children's bedrooms or just adding to your collection
I am also looking forward to doing some giant paintings. I have an idea in mind for a massive elephant painting, a head on elephant charging towards you, but quite abstract as he explodes out of the background with an amazing vibrant palette of colour. I need a big wall to hang it on, so anyone out there want to commission a great big wow factor elephant let me know!
